Areas of clinical expertise:
How do I get started?
When I receive your therapy inquiry, I will respond by email with a link to a secure client portal. In the client portal, you will find more information about my practice and documents to complete before our first meeting.
If do not have new client openings, or I do not have the specialized experience needed to treat your concerns, I can provide referrals to other providers.
All therapy inquiries remain confidential.

What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that helps people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences.
EMDR helps painful experiences lose their emotional intensity, allowing them to move forward with greater calm, perspective, and resilience. EMDR can be effective for trauma, anxiety, grief, and other challenges.
